GreenBoiler working on CNG or diesel?

DiBO's hot water high-pressure cleaners are becoming greener by the day. In 2008 we launched the GreenBoiler, a high-tech heating system that can save up to 18 percent on diesel fuel. With the GreenBoiler working on CNG we go one step further.

Everyone realises that we have to be careful with the environment. This is why DiBO is constantly seeking solutions to make an energy-intensive process such as high-pressure cleaning as ecological as possible. This led to the launch 14 years ago of a technically innovative diesel boiler with exceptionally environmentally friendly qualities, being the GreenBoiler. This high-tech heating system is now the beating heart of our hot water high-pressure cleaners and is available as 50, 70 and 110 kW versions.

The advantages of the GreenBoiler

The environmentally friendly nature of the GreenBoiler is mainly reflected in its low fuel consumption. You consume up to 18 percent less diesel thanks to the economical operation of the heating system with an ultra-efficient heat exchanger. CO2 emissions are also considerably lower thanks to extremely clean combustion - now also becoming an important factor with standards being tightened in certain sectors. And best of all: economical and clean operation does not stand in the way of the high efficiency of the hot water high-pressure cleaners. It even exceeds 92 per cent!

Ecological water heating with CNG

In 2020 rising diesel prices led to the development of an even more environmentally friendly high-efficiency burner: the GreenBoiler-CNG. This 70 kW boiler runs purely on CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), which results in even lower emissions, lower fuel consumption and higher efficiency. NOx emissions are 45 per cent lower and CO emissions are reduced by no less than 55 per cent. This results in an attractive ecological alternative to the hot-water high pressure cleaner working on diesel, and a technological tour de force with which DiBO shows its greenest side!

Did you know that the power of the burner boiler is usually five times higher than the power of the motor driving the pump? The biggest savings in emissions and fuel can then be achieved with the burner. That is why DiBO developed the energy-efficient GreenBoiler. Others often save on the motor, while its sustainable effect is proportionately not nearly as great.

An all-green range of hot water high-pressure cleaners

Diesel or CNG, in the meantime the water for all DiBO warm water high pressure cleaners for intensive use is heated by the environmentally-friendly GreenBoiler, and we are not only talking about the standard IBH-M and IBH-L versions. The HOTBOX, JMB-E, JMB-S, JMB-M, the WeedKillers and all the skid mounted and in-built versions of the high pressure cleaners and weed killers are also equipped with the diesel version of the GreenBoiler. The JMB-MG and JMB-ME, including their skid-mounted, in-built and weed-killer versions, are now also only available with the new GreenBoiler CNG generation. A positive (r)evolution with which DiBO turns completely green, also under the bonnet.
