New DiBO NEW 2000 D5 self-service car wash in Rheinstetten, Germany

In Rheinstetten near Karlsruhe, a city in the west of the German state of Baden-Württemberg, a new DiBO self-service car wash recently opened its doors. It is a DiBO NEW 2000 self-service car wash with free-standing operating totems (type D5). The operating totems and technical installation were supplied by FWA Waschanlagen und Maschinebau GmbH and installed on-site in cooperation with the installation team of DiBO Project BV.

The car wash has five covered washing boxes, next to which is the technical area where all the machines, equipment and storage tanks are located. The control panels are made of burglary-proof and touch-sensitive glass. Customers can pay with cash, tokens or contactless via a payment system that works with Near Field Communication (NFC).

No fewer than six wash programmes are available, including the DiBO high foaming foam system. Here a foaming lance is used to apply a very airy and thoroughly adhering foam to the vehicle for an immaculate wash result. In addition, the system is equipped with the usual functionalities of a DiBO self-wash system, such as pre-wash, brush, rinse, hot wax and high gloss rinsing with osmosis water.

Frost problems in winter? Not when it comes to DiBO. 

Thanks to a closed cold water frost protection system, which is separate for each wash box, washing can also take place in freezing temperatures.
