Hartog & Bikker again selects a DiBO truck washing installation
DiBO Project(s) recently provided a new vehicle washing installations to Hartog & Bikker in Vuren. This concerns a DiBO Berlin truck washing installation, extended with high flow rate on the low vehicle chassis. Hartog & Bikker specialises in high-volume transport, logistics and warehousing. From its sites in Vuren and Oss each day the company sends more than 160 goods vehicles out on the road from customer to customer.
With this purchase Hartog & Bikker again opts for DiBO, because the company already had a DiBO/ROTOMAT truck washing portal in use since 2003. With more than 17 trusted years of service this installation was however gradually due for replacement.
In the meantime a large part of the vehicle fleet was accordingly washed at Vice Versa, that has 2 DiBO Berlin installations in use. Very satisfied with the washing quality and speed of these installations, when searching for a new truck washing portal the choice for a DiBO Berlin was hence the obvious one.
The new washing installation is mainly intended for washing its own fleet, but will also be used commercially to a limited extent.
DiBO Berlin bus and truck washing installation
The DiBO Berlin is a simple to operate machine that washes most models of trucks and buses with great speed and efficiency.
Where other machines are made of steel or aluminium, the DiBO Berlin is fully made of stainless steel to ensure maximum reliability and a long life. The washing installation indeed has a great deal to endure being used in a relatively damp space with an accelerated oxidation process. The Berlin is also a very low-maintenance machine thanks to the use of materials that makes lubrication unnecessary.
The Berlin washing installation is fitted as standard with variable-frequency drives. These ensure extremely fast and meticulous washing of each part of the vehicle. Frequency control also extends the working life of the drives.
