Cleaning company CSU as the proud owner of a new, extremely environmentally-friendly DiBO high-pressure trailer

As part of its sustainable cooperation with OrangeGas (OG), DiBO Nederland BV supplied a DiBO JMB-ME 200/15+ high pressure trailer with two-person operation steam function to the establishment of cleaning company CSU in Barendrecht. Under the motto ‘Scherp op schoon’ (Kean to Clean), family business CSU with its various sites and a good 15,000 employees is a specialised, proactive and innovative partner in cleaning and general and technical services.

CSU is also ‘keen on a small eco-footprint’. CSU efficiently utilises its services, products and processes to reduce the global footprint of the company, its people and the people behind them. Examples here are reductions in energy consumption, materials, emissions and waste.

Green cleaning with the DiBO JMB-ME

The DiBO JMB-ME is an innovative and powerful hot water high-pressure trailer with a water-cooled electric motor that is driven by a Li-ion battery supplying 25 kW/hour. The battery management system (BMS) with which the battery is controlled guarantees a long life and its performance capacity is maintained.

The unit has been equipped with the new generation DiBO GreenBoiler-CNG. This environmentally friendly burner works on CNG gas, so your fuel costs are lower while you achieve higher efficiency. The GreenBoiler-CNG also has much lower CO₂ emissions.

Another plus: thanks to the electric motor the noise production of this model has been lowered to ≤75 dB.

Thorough and hygienic cleaning with steam

The cleaning company chose the optional two-person operation steam function (140 °C at 30 bar). Steam cleaning is indeed a fast, highly effective and environmentally friendly way to clean thoroughly, without causing damage to the cleaned surface. With a steam pressure up to 30 bar and an operating pressure adjustable to 200 bar, this machine offers a wide range of cleaning options.
