New DiBO Berlin truck washing installation for Bas Group BV

DiBO Project(s) recently installed a DiBO Berlin truck washing installation for Bas Group BV in Etten-Leur. Starting with two trucks in 1986, the family business has in the meantime grown to become an innovative, internationally operating all-round logistics service provider with establishments in the Netherlands, Italy and Slovakia.  

Following the recent extension of its business premises, the group decided that it was time to invest in its own truck washing installation. Bas will use the DiBO Berlin brush portal for washing its own vehicle fleet.

The DiBO Berlin is a simple to operate and low-maintenance machine that can efficiently wash most models of trucks with great ease and speed. 

While other machines are made of steel or aluminium, the DiBO Berlin is fully assembled in stainless steel to guarantee maximum reliability and a long working life. The washing installation does indeed have much to endure, being located in a relatively moist space with an accelerated oxidation process. 

The DiBO Berlin is also equipped with variable-frequency drives. These ensure extremely fast and meticulous washing of each part of the vehicle. Frequency control also enhances the working life of the drive gear.
