Since DiBO developed the energy-saving GreenBoiler in 2008, this high technology heating system has been integrated in all DiBO hot water high pressure cleaners, while market demand has only soared.
DiBO sought a solution to increase its production capacity with a high quality guarantee.
“Our new colleague is a robot!”
Up until last month all spirals were manually wound and welded. Now the repetitive part of this production process has been fully robotised. The control system was developed in close cooperation with our own R&D department and is running like clockwork.
The robot is fed with a metres-long seamless high pressure line and automatically winds it up. It then takes heat conduction sections to meticulously weld the unit together. Everything takes place in a fully contained space with constant monitoring. This guarantees the safety of its “fellow” employees, who can now fully concentrate on the further specialist finishing.
