- Name, address, place of residence
- Telephone number
- Email address, opt-in for emails
- Gender, Company, Position
- Contact history

- If you receive emails from us we register your interaction (open and click behaviour)
- Invoice and payment details
- Remarks you enter in the web forms
Why we process the personal data?
Our objective is to supply you with products and/or services, so we obviously need your data to carry out agreements. Then we can use your personal data to contact you, send a product to you, and provide an aftersales or possible guarantee service. We can also link all your data to your account when you create it. The processing of financial data is also needed to carry out the agreement.
We also use your data to grant you secure access when you register as a dealer on our site (dealer account requests). You can obtain the relative technical documentation with this access. We also process your data by creating a customer account for correct product registration.
If you do not conclude an agreement with us and, for example, you leave data through our web form, it is in our interest to process your data to answer your questions or possibly provide other information. Only if you subscribe to the newsletter, we can also send a newsletter in which we inform you about the latest products and technologies, and we can invite you to events and fairs or other marketing activities.
Finally, it is possible that under our legal obligations we may have to process personal data because we are obliged to by law. We will in any event process financial data for our own tax and accounting obligations.
Newsletters
We may send you newsletters by mail about the products and services that you already purchase. If we want to approach you regarding other products or services, we will request your permission for this. You may always withdraw this permission by selecting ‘opt-out’ at the bottom the newsletter. Your mail address is then included in a separate list so we know that you do not want to be contacted by mail.
Sharing with third parties
We never supply, sell, rent or lease your data to third parties, unless we are required by law to provide data or if you have given permission for this. We use service providers for providing our service. They only process the personal data in compliance with the order given by us.
The processors we use are:

Data in the EEA
Your personal data are only processed in the European Economic Space (EEA), also by any processors with whom we work.
Period of saving
We do not save your personal data for longer than required for one of the objectives that we have described. The period of saving can vary based on the law, but you may assume that we delete all data that we no longer need to process 3 years after the last contact between you, your company and us. We can opt for anonymisation instead of deletion if this is needed for our statistics, for example.
Rights that you can exercise
If we process personal data on you, you have the right to exercise control of it under privacy law. You may request to view, rectify, object to the use of or have the data deleted if it appears that processing does not or no longer take place in the way as justified by us.
Whatever your request may be, contact us and we assist you free of charge. You can use the contact details below for this. Obviously we cannot change your personal data for some of our objectives. In the case of the withdrawal of permission or making an objection to direct marketing, we will always comply with this request. Finally, you also have the right to the transferability of data if this is technically feasible and if we do not have to incur disproportionate costs for this. Should you not be in agreement with us, you can contact the Belgian supervisory authority.
