Barry Callebaut again opts for the DiBO high pressure trailer
DiBO België BV recently joined up with DiBO dealer Sidem Service in supplying a DiBO JMB-M 200/18 high pressure trailer with steam function and descaling system to the Barry Callebaut plant in Halle. The Barry Callebaut Group, with head office in Zurich (Switzerland), is a leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products.
The purchase of this trailer again demonstrates Barry Callebaut’s preference for DiBO, as the company already has an identical JMB-M unit in operation at its Belgian main establishment in Lebbeke-Wieze. The chocolate manufacturer will use its new high-pressure cleaner, with operating pressure adjustable to 200 bar, for all sorts of cleaning tasks both in the factory and on the outside spaces.
Hygienic cleaning with steam
Barry Callebaut specifically opted for the optional steam function (140 °C at 30 bar). This function is particularly useful to be able to clean in an effective, hygienic and moreover ecologically responsible manner without damaging the surface. The optional descaling system preventively avoids scale-build-up – something that benefits the operating reliability and working life of the machine.
Advantages of the JMB-M high-pressure cleaner on a trailer:
